Include: The name of your neighborhood organization. The name of the neighborhood it is located in and represents. Contact Person Contact Persons' position within the organization. Contact Persons' Address Contact Persons' Phone Number Contact Persons' Email Address Organizations' website (if any) You should also go here and make sure the City has the right information on contacting your neighborhood when zoning issues arise.
