daily living to prevent “hardening of the attitudes,” and find
out how to become a Certified Laughter Leader. The presentation will provide
an overview of therapeutic laughter concepts, identify the benefits of therapeutic
laughter, demonstrate a sense of well-being derived from therapeutic laughter
activities, and explore the six habits of good-hearted living. You will learn
the secret Laughter Club handshake and practice the Hasya (Laughter) Yoga exercises
in a non-threatening environment. The session exercises your head, heart, and
body as laughter contagion spreads from person to person. Can you imagine doing
the Lion Laugh, the Woodpecker Laugh, or the Milkshake Laugh? You will expand
you gelological horizons. (This session can be tailored for your club, church,
organization, support group, business, party, or any other group feeling laughter
