To join the Alliance, simply read and complete the membership application form Alliance Member Application and return it to the address at the American Heart Association listed on the form.

 

How to Contribute

The Alliance gratefully accepts financial contributions from organizations and individuals who support the mission and advocacy goals of the Alliance. Such contributions provide the Alliance with unrestricted funds that can be used for media and advertising, other activities promoting advocacy and lobbying efforts as well as general operating expenses.
