OPERATORS INTERESTED IN EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS
REGARDLESS OF LOCALE OR CLASS OF LICENSE




BE SURE THAT YOUR RADIOS ARE PRE-PROGRAMMED FOR ALL OF THE SIMPLEX FREQUENCIES THAT WE USE.  CLICK HERE FOR THE LIST.
IMPORTANT ICS/FEMA TRAINING INFORMATION

COMPLETION OF CERTAIN FEMA NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS) COURSES IS REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY.  ALL ARES/RACES VOLUNTEERS MUST COMPLETE THIS TRAINING. IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO, PLEASE UNDERTAKE THIS RIGHT AWAY.

ALL RADIO AMATEURS OPERATING UNDER ARES/RACES IN THE NC SECTION ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE IS 100, IS 200, IS 700 AND IS 800.
