Yokefellows Prison Ministry

The Yokefellows Prison Ministry leaves from the front of the church at 7:00 pm (back by 9:00 pm) every Tuesday except the last Tuesday of the month. For one hour, we share refreshments, prayer, and conversation with the inmates of Orange Correctional Center in Hillsborough. Volunteers are always needed and welcome. For those who cannot join us in our trip to the prison, please consider making refreshments (such as muffins, cookies, cheese straws, cupcakes, or brownies) and leaving them in the church office by 6:30 pm on the day of our prison visit. Parishioners also correspond with and visit death row inmates at Central Prison in Raleigh. If you would like to help, please contact Diane Steinhaus (419-1516).
