Visitors are always welcome at Holy Family!  We hope that you will find this a place of comfort and challenge.  If you have any questions about parish life, please contact the Rector, the Rev. Timothy Kimbrough (tkimbrough@chfnc.net).  On the first Sunday of each month, we hold an informational gathering for newcomers at 10:10 am in the Library.  Please join clergy and parishioners to hear about life at Holy Family.  And watch the Sunday bulletin or monthly newsletter for announcements of our quarterly Newcomer Socials, held on a Sunday evening.

Mission Statement:

"This parish is to be a holy family, the Body of Christ, forgiven and forgiving, restored and restoring, through faith, love, life, and mission. We are called to:

  1. Pray and worship, celebrating life together in Jesus Christ, centered in the Eucharist and in the stewardship of our daily lives.
  2. Love and care for one another as Christ loves us.
  3. Teach and nourish personal and corporate growth in Jesus Christ, and to challenge each other in the recognition and use of individual talents for ministry.
  4. Reach out to the world in evangelism, service, and concern for all God's creation, as individuals and as a corporate body."

All parishioners are welcome to join Holy Family’s e-mail list, to receive messages of general interest to the parish, such as prayer requests, parish events, and appeals for community donations or action. Contact Steve Coil (listmaster@chfnc.net) for more information. Note this is a different address from the list itself. We are all grateful to Steve for his faithful and skillful work.

Maintained on a volunteer basis by Cathy Emrick, with support from the Rector, the Vestry, and other staff and parishioners.  Comments, suggestions for changes, criticisms gladly accepted (even eagerly anticipated!).   Thanks for your help!
