[Wakeares-list] National WMD exercise

-Received the following post from the ARRLMentors list abt a national WMD 
exercise next week. Just curious if North Carolina EM will be participating, 
and if any ARES participation will be needed?

"We are watching the TOPOFF2 national WMD
exercise, (more info is at www.topoff2media.net) which begins in earnest
next Monday and runs for five days.

I'm wondering what involvement VA RACES, and other groups in VA, MD, DC,
Washington state and Illinois will have, if any. Maybe if they are
involved, it will come as a surprise? Does anyone know? "
