DPNA Meeting Minutes

Regular Monthly Meeting
September 9, 2004

1. Treasurer's Report

Pam Campa reported that the DPNA currently has $3,173 in its account.

2. Fall Planning

Some preliminary planning for the fall was done:

*The DPNA's October meeting will be a potluck.

*Pam Campa agreed to be the contact person with social services for
this year's Share Your Christmas; Andrew Preiss and Carol Donin will
buy the presents.

3. Park Update

*Andrew Preiss stated that seven firms have responded to the city's
request for bids to renovate the park, which is a good sign--things
are moving forward.

4. DPNA Board Elections

The following individuals were elected to the DPNA's board:

President: Barry Ragin
Vice President: Rob Dilworth
Secretary: Claire Doyle
Treasurer: Pam Campa
At-Large Member: David Eustice
At-Large Member: Daniel Kirk
At-Large Member: Peg Lanier
At-Large Member: Katherine O'Brien

The new board's first meeting will be at Barry Ragin's house on
Sunday, October 10, at 4:00 p.m.

The July DPNA meeting was the July 4th picnic & parade. No business was conducted.
The June DPNA meeting was cancelled.
The May DPNA meeting was conducted on May 13. Minutes are not available.
