AGENDA

1. Call to Order

President John Connelly convened the meeting at 4:00 p.m. John welcomed everyone to the meeting.

2. Treasurer’s Report

• SECU Shares Account $ 142.30
• SECU Interest Checking $ 3868.57
• Money Market Shares $14,491.19

1. Membership Committee Report

John Connelly thanked Veronica Ford for putting together the NCAEA membership directory. Veronica Ford reported that we had 63 total members (5 Emeritus/Senior members, 56 Professional members and 2 student members).

• Aisha Williams Pegram (Gardner Webb University) designed both the NCAEA conference postcard and brochure. A motion was made and seconded to give her $150.00, for her work on these items.
• There was a discussion on how to get more NCAEA members involved in the Association. Discussed scheduling a one day drive-in meeting offering a program that would benefit all attending. This drive-in meeting would be scheduled the same day as a Board meeting with lunch being part of the meeting.
